Job summary

The One Group is seeking a Guest Service Team Member in Miami to deliver a welcoming, efficient guest experience. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and maintain a clean service area in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

This full-time role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and attention to brand standards while providing excellent guest service and accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of customer service or food service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must maintain a valid, unexpired Food Handler’s Card (as required by local regulations).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Prepare and/or assemble orders according to brand standards (if applicable).
• Process cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of counters, service stations, and condiment areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including station setup and breakdown.
• Follow all company cash handling procedures, including securing the cash drawer.
• Uphold company food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and address guest questions or concerns.
• Support team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For
