Front of House (FOH) Team Member

The general (FOH) staff plays a pivotal role in ensuringcustomer satisfaction and smooth operation. They are responsible for providinga welcoming atmosphere, managing customer orders, and ensuring a clean andorganized dining area. They are the first point of contact for customers, andtheir efficiency and demeanor can significantly impact the restaurant'sreputation and customer retention.

A Successful Team Member will

• · Arrive for shifts on time.
• · Greeting customers with a friendly smile andguiding them through the menu.
• · Deliver excellent customer service to all guestsand maintain cleaning.
• · Handling cash and credit card transactions withprecision
