Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking Front of House Team Members to join our hospitality team in Columbus, GA. This role offers exposure to all FOH and event positions, with opportunities to learn across multiple departments and advance within our growing company.

The position requires a positive attitude, ability to work weekends/holidays, and a passion for guest service. We provide a fun, fast-paced environment where teamwork and safety come first.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of age.
• Must be 18+ to be a server, bartender, or corporate host.
• Have a passion for guest service.
• High energy and outgoing personality required.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work well as a team and support other departments when needed.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Being an ambassador of FUN.
• Maintains a positive, upbeat attitude and makes guests feel welcome.
• Partner with team members and managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Front of House Team Member

Not sure what will be the best fit for you? As a FOH team member, you will be taught all Front of House and Event positions. We have a variety of positions including Party Host, Food Support, Servers, Bartenders, Corporate Hosts, Event Assistants, and more!

What we’re looking for:
