Job summary

Winter Park Resort is seeking a Front of House Supervisor for the winter season to lead daily restaurant operations and elevate guest experiences. You will manage front- and back-of-house staff, coach teams, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and service standards in a fast-paced alpine environment.

The role requires Colorado-approved alcohol server training and ServeSafe/AllerTrain certifications, plus strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Colorado-approved Alcohol Server Training certificate required (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
• ServeSafe, Food Manager, and AllerTrain certifications required (or completed within 14 days of hire).
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including cash handling and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service.
• Supervise front- and back-of-house teams with high standards.
• Train team members and conduct pre-shift meetings.
• Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and discipline.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering.
