Paddy's Beach Club is seeking a full‑time seasonal and part‑time seasonal Front of House Manager to join our Management Team. The 2026 season runs from May to September.

Key Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience preferred; willing to train motivated individuals with at least 2 years experience in a restaurant setting.
• The ability to function well under pressure.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Open availability for scheduling.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• An understanding of restaurant POS systems, preferably SPOT ON.
• Experience with scheduling and online scheduling programs, preferably 7 Shifts.
• Ability to work a 50‑hour week from May through September for Full Time.
• Ability to work a 25‑30 hour week from May through September for Part Time.
