Job summary

Fresh Ideas Management is seeking a part-time FOH Lead Supervisor at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in Chickasha, OK. You will monitor the front-of-house operation, lead staff, and ensure top quality food service during shifts.

This role requires prior supervisory, catering, and administrative experience. The position offers a fixed pay rate of $18.00 per hour, a full benefits package, flexible schedules, training, and opportunities for advancement within the team.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory to minimize waste and maintain valuation.
• Leads staff to ensure task completion, QA standards, and clean/organized operation.
• Monitors marketing and ensures signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds company and client policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
