Unidine is hiring immediately for full time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR positions at Trempealeau County Health Care Center in Whitehall, WI. AM and PM shifts are available, with an hourly pay range of $18.00 to $21.00.

The role requires prior supervisory and food service experience and involves leading the front-of-house team to deliver quality service. As a FOH Lead Supervisor you will monitor daily operations, manage inventories, ensure the team follows safety and quality standards, and coordinate

• Location: Trempealeau County Health Care Center - W20410 State Road 121, Whitehall, WI 54773.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; AM and PM shifts available. Monday - Sunday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior supervisory and food service experience preferred.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
