Job summary

Schweitzer in Sandpoint, Idaho, invites you to join Crow’s Bench as Front of House Manager (Year Round). This hands-on leadership role oversees hiring, training, scheduling, and daily service, while ensuring budgeting and beverage program profitability in partnership with the Chef.

You’ll lead a team of 8–15 FOH staff, manage weekly schedules, control costs, and help coordinate guest experiences from bar to dining room.

Qualifications

• Oversees FOH staff and labor management.
• Brings beverage program profitability into budgeting.
• Hires, trains, and coaches FOH team.
• Ensures excellent guest service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, onboard, coach, and correct FOH personnel.
• Create and manage weekly FOH schedules.
• Manage budgeting, daily cash balancing, labor, and controls.
• Create, cost out, and update the drink menu for margins.
• Partner with the Chef to coordinate front/back-of-house operations.
• Order all FOH products and manage inventories.
