Job summary

At Nesco Resource, we are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join the Gluing Department in Norwalk, OH. You will assemble foam blocks into high-quality structures, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the production process.

The role operates on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 1:30 PM-10:00 PM) with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with emphasis on teamwork, safety, and a proactive approach to improving efficiency and product quality.

Shift:
2nd Shift - M-F - 1:30 PM-10 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00

Responsibilities:

• Perform precise gluing tasks, assembling foam blocks according to established guidelines.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet AEC's standards.
• Safely manage and organize foam materials throughout the production process.
• Work effectively with team members and follow supervisor instructions to achieve production goals.
• Propose improvements to enhance process efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience is required, with a preference for experience in foam production or gluing.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow procedures
