FXI is seeking a Forklift Operator for our High Point, NC facility. This on-site role supports production by moving foam materials, staging blocks, and maintaining organized inventories while adhering to safety standards.

The position requires forklift certification, basic math and inventory skills, and the ability to work with chemicals safely. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to lift, push, or maneuver bulky foam materials safely.
• Basic math and inventory tracking skills.
• Understand chemical handling safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Move foam blocks, sheets, and finished products around facility.
• Stage foam for cutting, fabrication, or shipping.
• Label and organize inventory in storage areas.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking.
• Inspect materials for damage or safety concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals.
