Job summary

FXI, a leading foam innovator in bedding and furniture, seeks a General Labor candidate for our Mississippi manufacturing site. The role involves set-up and operation of fabricating devices, supporting the assembly floor, and ensuring conformance to specs using measuring tools.

You will follow 5S and safety policies and assist with other duties as assigned. Requirements include at least 1 year of factory-related experience, ability to read English, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for an 8-hour

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year factory-related experience.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for 8 hours.
• Able to read measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates fabricating devices as directed.
• Supports the assembly floor operations.
• Verifies conformance to specifications with measuring tools.
• Reads work orders to specifications.
• Maintains clean and orderly work area and follows safety policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
