Job summary

The Wittern Group is seeking a Foam Equipment Set-up & Operator to support foaming operations and perform equipment maintenance to maximize quality. You will follow blueprints, set up doors and cabinets to spec, and carry out related tasks as directed by supervision.

Key duties include obtaining supplies, operating foaming equipment, maintaining tools, ensuring safety and quality, and keeping work areas organized. This role requires attention to detail and reliability in a manufacturing setting.

• Set-up all styles of doors and cabinets to spec of blueprint for foaming
• Complete tasks as directed with minimum supervision
• Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards
• Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task
• Reports problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to supervisor
• Perform other duties as directed that correspond to the overall function of this position
• Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities
• Desire to learn and work to the best of his/her abilities as well as dependable work ethicFollow all company rules and policies
