Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, insurance focus preferred.
• Hands-on NAIC quarterly/annual statements, RBC, regulatory filings experience.
• Experience managing, supervising, and developing others.
• Strong knowledge of statutory NAIC SAP and US GAAP accounting for insurance.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple concurrent engagements across FOA practice areas (interim Controller/CFO support, GAAP/STAT reporting, regulatory filings).
• Draft proposals, Statements of Work, and fee estimates; manage budgets and timelines.
• Serve as primary client contact; build relationships with CFOs and finance teams.
• Research complex accounting matters and prepare technical memos citing guidance.
• Oversee process improvements, controls, and change management.
• Coach and develop junior staff and balance workloads across engagements.
