TEEMA is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a busy primary care/urgent care practice in Brooklyn, NY. The provider will deliver comprehensive patient care to patients of all ages while collaborating with physicians and staff in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing and treating conditions, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and maintaining EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active New York FNP License.
• Minimum 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience required.
• Strong primary care or urgent care background preferred.
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
