Job summary

Tactica Solutions LLC in McLean, VA seeks Full Motion Video Analysts to support time-sensitive intelligence missions. You will analyze FMV from ISR platforms, integrate HUMINT and SIGINT context, and produce imagery-derived reports for senior government decision-makers.

Three-week formal training and robust OJT are provided. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 3+ years of intelligence experience, and the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days/nights, including weekends).

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Three or more years of intelligence experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• Completion of a formal intelligence school course resulting in an Intelligence MOS.
• Understanding of the basic intelligence cycle and the TCPED process.
• Ability to type at least 32 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
• Ability to distinguish red, green, blue, and yellow on video screens.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop FMV tradecraft through a three-week formal training course and robust OJT.
• Exploit FMV collected by ISR platforms and apply HUMINT and SIGINT context to produce actionable intelligence.
• Create and distribute imagery-derived graphic products and reports for senior decision-makers.
• Prepare intelligence materials to support high-level briefings and operational understanding.
• Use advanced imagery tools and national imagery sources to support reporting.
• Contribute to analytic quality, reporting clarity, and customer mission support.
• Analyze live or recorded FMV from ISR platforms to identify relevant activity and anomalies.
• Fuse FMV observations with HUMINT and SIGINT context for actionable assessments.
• Build imagery-derived graphics and briefing materials under tight timelines.
