Job summary

RedBeard Solutions seeks a Sr. FMV Imagery Analyst to support the JGASS II mission at Fort Bragg, NC. The role requires hands-on FMV and imagery experience and leads analysis across IMINT, MASINT, SIGINT, and related disciplines.

Qualifications

• Willingness to attend ITC training and work 12-hour shifts.

Job description

We are seeking Sr. FMV Imagery Analysts to support the JGASS II mission at Fort Bragg, NC.

We are looking for experienced Intelligence professionals with hands-on Full Motion Video (FMV) and imagery experience. Candidates do not need to have worked exclusively as an FMV Imagery Analyst. Professionals with backgrounds in IMINT, All-Source, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, Sensor Operations, and related intelligence disciplines are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will perform advanced FMV/imagery analysis and intelligence production in support of Special Operations missions and targeting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced FMV and imagery analysis in support of Special Operations missions.


• Produce detailed imagery and intelligence products supporting the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and Analyze (F3EA) targeting methodology.


• Conduct operational and tactical-level intelligence analysis.


• Support targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial intelligence activities.


• Perform advanced imagery product production and analysis.


• Evaluate intelligence systems, processes, procedures, techniques, models, and methodologies.


• Develop complex analytical solutions to mission requirements.


• Brief intelligence products, assessments, and findings to leadership and mission stakeholders.


• Effectively direct subordinate analysts when required.


• Serve as an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC) after completing required government training.


• Work independently and as part of a team while taking the lead on assigned tasks.


• Utilize intelligence-related computer applications and automation to support analytical efforts and product development.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.


• 5–6+ years of overall Intelligence experience in one or more of the following:


• IMINT


• MASINT


• SIGINT


• HUMINT


• Sensor Operations


• Other related Intelligence disciplines


• 2.5+ years of hands-on FMV analysis and production experience within the last 6 years.


• Strong operational and tactical-level intelligence experience.


• Experience with targeting, intelligence systems, and/or geospatial systems.


• Strong briefing and communication skills.


• Proficiency with intelligence-related computer applications and analytical tools.


• Ability to type 35+ WPM without looking at the keyboard.


• Ability to attend and successfully complete government-provided ITC training.


• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
