Job summary

Precise Systems seeks a FMS SI&T Engineering Management Senior Analyst in the Washington DC office to support the Korea Aegis Team. You will report to the Korea SI&T Gov lead and work with an ESS teammate to coordinate with Lockheed Martin, Korean Navy, and other stakeholders on integration and test efforts.

The role requires travel (CONUS and OCONUS up to 25%) and a Secret clearance. A Bachelor's degree and 10 years USN experience in acquisition or engineering management are required, with U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist Government lead in the management of SI&T work for Korean platforms with stakeholders.

• Review technical deliverables and documentation.
• Coordinate action items for RFIs and manage risks.
• Develop and maintain Plans and Procedures.
• Travel up to 25%, domestically and internationally.

We are currently seeking a FMS SI&T Engineering Management Senior Analyst at the Washington DC Office. This position will support the Korea Aegis Team, where you will be 100% allocated toward support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Korea Programs, serving as a direct report to the Korea SI&T Gov lead. Within the team you will work with a fellow ESS teammate to support the Systems Integration and Test SI&T lead and the work distribution will be coordinated across the Engineering team based on your and your colleague's strengths.

Functional Description

The position will include some travel, which primarily involves attending of meetings in Moorestown, NJ - the site for our prime industry partner, Lockheed Martin. Anticipated trips to NJ are approximately three- to four- times a year. Additionally, will have various Test Working Groups around the globe 2-3 times a year, varying between Hawaii, San Diego, and South Korea.

The job will require both CONUS and OCONUS travel at 3-4x a year.

Duties

• Assist Government lead in the management of the work related to the SI&T of the Korean platforms, in communication with Lockheed Martin, Korean Navy, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Support the Systems Engineering process by attending and aiding in technical discussions about integration and test of our systems.
• Support to the Korean Case Manager for implementing case strategy throughout the Korean programs with attention to funding, execution and acquisition.
• Review technical deliverables and documentation.
• Coordinate action items and responses for Requests for Information.
• Coordinate risk management.
• Preform schedules analysis.
• Development and maintain Plans and Procedures.
• Travel up to 25%. Travel will be both international and domestic.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline
• 10 years of USN experience in Acquisition or engineering management
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Foreign Military Sales experience

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $86,190.40- $142,00.00 NTE annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
