Job summary

DCS Corp seeks an Acquisition Program Manager to provide full-spectrum management support for Foreign Military Sales sensor systems within the ISR/SOF Directorate at Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton, Ohio.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with substantial DoD acquisition experience, including managing FMS cases, and a Secret clearance. You will work across logistics, contracting, and engineering as part of AFLCMC ISR/SOF programs.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Secret security clearance adjudicated within past five years on start.
Background investigation for access to classified information.
Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years relevant experience required or preferred.
At least 4 years managing DoD acquisition programs; at least 6 months managing FMS cases.

Responsibilities

Apply full range of DoD acquisition management principles to pre- and post-contract award reviews.
Assist in requirements to support acquisition, sustainment and supportability through initial operational capability and sustainment.
Support management of acquisition and modifications with logistics, contracting, engineering, finance, and configuration management.
Develop and execute LOAs, amendments, and related docs; interface with FMS stakeholders and pricing/availability considerations.
Apply DoD 5000.01/5000.02 policies through ISR Sensors Division to tasks.
