Jackson Physician Search is assisting a Nebraska hospital in recruiting a Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician for a recently built 20-bed critical access facility. The four-day clinical week centers on OB, with OB call as the sole obligation and a broad procedural scope including deliveries and C-sections.

The position offers up to $400,000 base salary plus productivity incentives, and generous downstream incentives including $300,000 tuition assistance, a $150,000 sign-on and a $20,000

• OB call obligation limited to OB with inpatient rounding covered by APP team.
• Negotiated compensation includes base salary and productivity incentives.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries and C-sections as part of obstetric care.
• Procedures such as D&C, colposcopy, colonoscopy, vasectomy based on interest.
• Manage a growing patient panel in a physician-led group.

Enjoy the opportunity to practice full-spectrum Family Medicine with Obstetrics in a recently built 20-bed critical access hospital with a true 4-day workweek, and OB being your only call obligation.

Position Details

• Physician-led group of three Family Medicine physicians, supported by a growing advanced practice team
• Four-day clinical week built around a sustainable, RVU-based patient volume (about 14 patients per day)
• Up to $400,000 base salary, plus productivity incentives
• Broad procedural scope including deliveries, C-sections, D&Cs, colposcopy, colonoscopy, vasectomy, and more based on your interest, with mentorship built in
• Established, actively growing OB and primary care patient panel already being directed your way
• $300,000 in tuition assistance, $150,000 sign-on and $20,000 relocation bonus
• OB call only - Inpatient rounding and ER covered by dedicated APP team
