Guidehouse is seeking an FM Systems and Process Improvement Consultant in Bethesda, MD, to support CFO offices with strategic advisory services and financial management improvements. You will help design and implement budget formulation/execution strategies, address vulnerabilities, and report trends in related systems technologies.

A TS/SCI clearance is required. The role requires collaboration across stakeholders and strong organizational skills, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience with change management, facilitation, business process improvement, or related business disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide CFO offices on strategic advisory services to improve budgeting, execution and accountability.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial management processes and address vulnerabilities in systems.
• Identify risks in the financial enterprise and report trends in related technologies.
