Trinity Health is seeking a full-time physician for our North Health Plaza in Clinton, IA. You will join a collaborative family medicine team with a shared call schedule and modern on-site imaging and facilities.

Compensation features a $200,000 commencement bonus, a path from salary guarantee to production in year 3, and generous benefits starting on day one including health and tail coverage, CME allowance, 403(b) with match, and disability protection.

• Clinton medical staff includes urology, podiatry, general surgery, cardiology, GI, oncology (medical and radiation), and hospitalists Clinic conveniently located minutes from the hospital

• Full time physician position at our North Health Plaza location
• 3 clinic rooms and a procedure room
• State of the Art Ultrasound Equipment on site!
• 2 Clinical support staff in clinic plus a receptionist
• Join 1 Family Physician providing surgical OB care and 2 OB nurse practitioners also support the patient community
• Family Medicine department includes 12 additional physicians

Compensation/Benefits

• Salary guarantee moves to production in year 3 (or sooner)
• 240 hours of Annual Time Off (ATO ) for 1.0 FTE
