Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine care with minor hospital and ER coverage.
• Collaborate within a Primary Care team with strong support staff and mentorship.
• Maintain a 4-day work week with 32 patient-facing hours.
• Manage a moderate patient volume of 15-18 patients per day.
• Participate in a low-volume 1:5 call rotation.
• Utilize Epic EMR for charting and documentation.

Compensation

• Base salary: $300,000 - $320,000
• Six-figure recruiting incentives with sign-on and retention bonuses and more
• Guaranteed, ongoing base salary plus production bonus with total earning potential to $400,000+
• Add Emergency Medicine call coverage for significant additional compensation
• 7+ weeks of PTO, plus sick leave, and 5 CME days
