Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a dedicated Music Teacher to create a safe, engaging learning environment for students of all ages. You will teach flute and related instruments, track progress, and collaborate with store teams to schedule lessons and boost student retention.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s in Music Education and 2 years of teaching experience; advanced degrees or multiple-instrument expertise are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education or equivalent.
• 2 years of music teaching experience, especially on flute.
• Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication and progress updates.
• Partner with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage student retention.
