Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting flushing, passivation, mechanical completion, startup, or commissioning activities on large capital projects.
• Relevant trade background combined with extensive flushing/passivation and startup experience will also be considered.
• Additional certifications or training related to piping systems, high purity systems, commissioning, or process utilities preferred.

We’re looking for a Flushing & Passivation Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do

• Oversee flushing and passivation coordination across multiple buildings and utility areas
• Ensure systems are ready for flushing, drying, purging, fogging, and passivation activities
• Coordinate sequencing between construction, commissioning, and startup teams
• Monitor adherence to established flushing and passivation strategies
• Identify and elevate risks impacting system integrity, schedule, or startup readiness

What you’ll need

• Extensive experience supporting flushing, passivation, mechanical completion, startup, or commissioning activities on large capital projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline preferred
• Relevant trade background combined with extensive flushing/passivation and startup experience will also be considered
• Additional certifications or training related to piping systems, high purity systems, commissioning, or process utilities preferred
