Position: 32 hours per week, Monday–Thursday schedule.
A typical day involves working alongside spine surgeons in procedural settings. The technologist prepares and calibrates fluoroscopy equipment, ensures all safety protocols are in place, and assists with patient positioning. Throughout procedures, they provide real‑time imaging guidance to support precise needle placement and device positioning, while continuously monitoring radiation exposure. Between cases, they collaborate with clinical staff, document imaging records, and prepare for upcoming procedures.
