Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Fabrication Technician (Fluid Systems) to support LOX and fuel systems on multiple shifts. You will build, install, troubleshoot, and repair ground support equipment, tanks, pumps, and piping, collaborating with design engineers to document activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with pressurized, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
• Experience with ground support equipment in aerospace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GSE support, building, installing, maintaining and troubleshooting LOX/fuel related equipment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment and instrumentation as needed.
• Operate hardware, high-pressure systems, pumps, and pneumatic components.
• Fabricate and repair GSE, hardware and equipment.
• Collaborate with design engineers to document GSE activities.
• Ensure materials are clean and inspected per Oxygen Service standards.
• Build and maintain GSE, LOX/fuel farms, and related systems/equipment.
• Obtain and maintain required licenses or certifications.
• Follow SpaceX safety and quality policies and regulations.
• Develop ways to streamline processes and increase testing reliability.
• Support vehicle, launch pad, and development programs.
