Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Flu Clinic Nurse (LPN/LVN) in Noblesville, IN, to provide one-on-one outpatient care in a retail-based clinic setting. The role is part-time with a 20-hour workweek and shifts Monday and Friday, plus every other weekend.

Responsibilities include administering vaccines, recording vital signs, assisting providers during emergencies, and supporting front-desk duties and patient flow. LPN/LVN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in Indiana.
  • Minimum 1 year healthcare experience.
  • Experience administering vaccines required.
  • Ability to take vital signs and document in EMR.
  • Current BLS certification (CPR & AED).
  • Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer vaccines and injections (flu, COVID, TB tests).
  • Take and document patient vital signs.
  • Assist providers in emergencies when needed.
  • Register, check in, and check out patients.
  • Support clinic operations (appointment scheduling, reminder calls, managing waiting room).
  • Prepare the clinic and waiting area for the best patient experience.
  • Deliver patient education and provide excellent customer service.

Now Hiring: Flu Clinic Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Pay Rate: $37.17/hour

Schedule: Part-Time | 20 hours per week | Mondays & Fridays + every other weekend

Schedule Details: Shifts range 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours. Work schedule created in 6-week blocks after 3 weeks of training/orientation. Must be available for every other weekend and some major holidays. Must be OK to float to other nearby clinic locations.

Overview: As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide one-on-one patient care in a supportive outpatient/retail-based clinic setting.

Responsibilities
  • Administering vaccines and injections (flu, COVID, TB tests, etc.)
  • Taking and documenting patient vital signs
  • Assisting providers in emergency situations when needed
  • Registering, checking in, and checking out patients
  • Supporting clinic operations (appointment scheduling, reminder calls, managing the waiting room)
  • Preparing the clinic and waiting area for the best patient experience
  • Delivering patient education and providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in state of residence
  • At least 1 year of healthcare experience
  • Prior experience giving vaccines and injections required
  • Ability to take vital signs and document in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Current BLS certification (must include CPR & AED)
  • Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room
