Green Thumb in Danville, PA, is seeking a Flower Technician to perform plant maintenance, including defoliation, pruning, and skirting, to ensure healthy growth of high‑quality cannabis for patients and consumers. Qualifications include an Associate’s degree or certifications preferred, 21+ years old, valid state ID, and ability to obtain required state badges.
As a Flower Technician, you will perform a variety of plant maintenance activities to ensure the healthy growth of the highest quality flower for our patients and consumers to enjoy. Cannabis is a heavily regulated industry; therefore, all employees are required to follow safety and compliance regulations.
