Job summary

Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking a Flower Cultivation Supervisor in Albion, IL for our on-site cultivation facility.

The role supports the Flower Cultivation Manager with operational management, training, scheduling, and regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality cannabis products. The position requires 2+ years in commercial cultivation, 1 year in leadership, and strong knowledge of cannabis cultivation methods including living soil and permaculture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a commercial cultivation facility.
• One (1) years’ experience in management/leadership roles.
• Intermediate knowledge of cannabis cultivation including organic living soil, permaculture, and horticulture.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Flower Cultivation Manager on operational management and business activities of the cultivation department in their assigned facility.
• Monitor environmental data points and HVAC system to prevent system failure and loss of crop.
• Supervise Leads, Specialists, and Associates in the development and execution of the clone-to- pre-harvest cultivation schedule.
• Maintain flower inventory levels based on cultivation schedule and sales forecast set by management.
• Assist in the implementation of new and advanced cultivation methods.
