Job summary

Peak Rentals’ Flowback Operator is a field-based role focused on monitoring production and well information and maintaining associated equipment. The position reports to the Operations Manager and requires travel.

Under general supervision, you will prepare and submit daily reports on gas/liquid volumes, well pressure, and chemical usage, while ensuring safety and quality across operations. Strong teamwork and independence are essential.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report production and other well information.
• Provide maintenance on production equipment.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit daily gas/liquid volume reports and well data.
• Ensure quality control and safe operations across all aspects of the operation.
• Draft and update JSA to identify hazards and mitigations.
• Coordinate shift changes and communicate detailed notes.
