Lewis Energy Group is seeking a supervisor to direct on-site third-party vendor activities related to Flowback operations. The role emphasizes ensuring work aligns with company specs and safety requirements while coordinating with multiple departments.

The position demands supervising the on-site crews, monitoring operations, and maintaining daily reports, with a focus on adherence to industry standards and annual certifications for equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPR, JSA, Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), and Smith Driving course certificates will be obtained during employment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts and apply basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with various departments and vendors to schedule Flowback operations.
• Supervises and ensures safe rig up for high pressure iron.
• Monitors Flowback conditions and reports to supervisor.
• Makes adjustments as well conditions require.
• Monitors hourly reporting and record keeping of jobs.
• Inspects operations on a daily basis to ensure jobs are being performed to industry standards.
• Verifies that iron being certified meets annual certification requirements.
