Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Production Technician — Flowback Operations in Mentone, TX for a 12‑month assignment. The role focuses on automated flowback equipment, field automation, SCADA and remote monitoring, production surveillance, troubleshooting, and accurate operational data capture.

You will work with wellhead equipment, separators, tanks, flowlines and valves, supporting early production performance, pressure monitoring, fluid handling, and changing well conditions while coordinating with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated knowledge of oil and gas production and/or flowback operations.
• Experience working with wellhead equipment, separators, tanks, flowlines, valves, meters, instrumentation, and pressure-control equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated flowback equipment, including choke systems and data acquisition devices.
• Monitor field automation, SCADA, remote monitoring, and validate production data.
• Interpret pressures, rates, fluid volumes, and equipment responses to changing well conditions.
• Collaborate with field and engineering teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
