Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Central Flow Lead intern/analyst in the NACF Central Flow team, located in Tempe, AZ or Nashville, TN. The role focuses on coaching fulfillment leaders, driving standard work, and using data to improve processes that affect customers.

You will engage with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and support 24/7 operations planning. The position emphasizes ownership, customer obsession, and growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
• Experience managing large data sets to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop execution behaviors of Fulfillment Leaders.
• Drive standard work and continuous improvement through an intern project.
• Communicate policies to sites and serve as a primary information source.
• Support risk reduction and speed initiatives for safe, high-quality fulfillment.
• Ensure flow management procedures are followed and targets met.
• Collaborate with site management to maintain quality standards.
