Famous Footwear is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Lebanon, TN to support daily operations in the distribution center. You will oversee Beumer sortation, maintain smooth product flow, and work with supervisors to maximize productivity across shifts.

The role requires at least 1+ year in a distribution center, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent verbal and written communication is essential, with PKMS system familiarity helping manage inventory,

Qualificações

• 1+ years of distribution center experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mid-level understanding of PKMS Warehouse Management System (Inventory, Shipping, Receiving).
• Able to work in a team environment and autonomously.
• Excellent attendance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of Beumer sortation system.
• Monitor and maintain the flow of product through the facility to maximize productivity with supervisors and clerks.
• Assist in the retail wave end resolution process and ensure all waves across shifts are closed out and cleaned up.
• Monitor retail wave end pack-out to ensure waves close correctly in Beumer, WCS, and WM.
• Communicate to upper management the status of workload flowing through the facility.
• Communicate and/or fix jams on the Beumer sorter platform.
• Monitor WCS lines for potential jams and report to the appropriate personnel.
• Troubleshoot WCS, Beumer, and WM wave close-out issues.

Essential Functions

• Oversee the operation of Beumer sortation system.
• In conjunction with supervisors and clerks monitor and maintain the flow of product through the facility to maximize productivity.
• Assist in the retail wave end resolution process and ensure that all waves across all shifts are being properly closed out and cleaned up.
• Monitor retail wave end pack out process to ensure waves close correctly in Beumer, WCS, and WM.
• Communicate with upper management the status of the work load flowing through the facility.
• Communicate and/or fix jams on the Beumer sorter platform
• Monitor WCS lines for potential jams across the building and communicate them to the appropriate personnel.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

• Distribution Center Experience 1+ years
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Organized, detail-oriented individual, capable of working on various tasks/projects concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mid-level understanding of the PKMS Warehouse Management System, including Inventory, Shipping and Receiving functions.
• Able to work in a team environment, and also autonomously to perform individual tasks.
• Excellent attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
