Position: Flow Assembler
Reports to: Flow Operations Manager
Location: Easley, SC
The Flow Assembler is responsible for assembling parts and components in a warehouse or production environment by following work instructions, drawings, and established processes. This role focuses on consistent, repeatable assembly tasks that require attention to detail, basic problem-solving, and the ability to follow standardized procedures. No prior experience or formal education is required; training is provided.
This role is based in a warehouse or production floor setting, where work is performed at designated assembly stations or flow lines. The environment may include noise from equipment, moving materials, and varying temperatures. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required as applicable.
This position involves standing and moving for extended periods throughout the shift. The role requires frequent use of hands for repetitive assembly tasks, good manual dexterity, coordination, and visual attention to detail. Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of materials up to 50 lbs. may be required. The position requires the ability to perform consistent physical activity at a steady pace while maintaining quality and safety standards.
