As a florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, funerals and corporate events. Your responsibilities will include selecting and ordering flowers, creating unique designs based on client preferences, maintaining inventory and managing the overall operations of the floral department. You must have strong knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements. Excellent customer service skills are essential to communicate with clients and fulfill their floral needs. You should also have experience in pricing, budgeting and managing expenses effectively. A biometric passport is preferred for international orders.
