Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Margate, Florida. The selected candidate will work 40 hours per week, with 10-hour day shifts, in the Interventional Radiology Department of our client facility.

Qualified applicants must hold a current license in good standing, possess relevant certifications, and have at least 18 months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience, preferably in a critical care setting.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Eighteen months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with patient care in the Interventional Radiology Department.
• Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures.
• Operate radiology equipment to obtain images per physician specifications.
• Assist the physician with various procedures, monitor patient response, maintain sterile field.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care and maintain patient-focused environments.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately.
