BeMAJOR Gulf Coast Realty Team in Florida is seeking a newly licensed real estate agent who is humble, hungry, and coachable to build a business with team support. You will receive training, proven systems, technology, and mentorship to establish a strong foundation and grow with confidence.

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn scripts, dialogues, systems, and best practices.
• Organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools.
• Team-first attitude and commitment to accountability.
• Genuine desire to serve people and build lasting relationships.

Responsabilités

• Complete PLACE Launch and required onboarding activities.
• Learn and consistently execute the team's lead-generation systems.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and follow up consistently.
• Consult with buyers, identify their needs, and guide them through the home-buying process.
• Learn listing presentations, pricing strategies, and seller consultation processes.
• Prepare and negotiate offers with guidance and support from experienced team members.
• Maintain accurate client records, tasks, and activities in PLACE technology.
• Conduct open houses and participate in approved prospecting and marketing activities.
• Attend scheduled coaching sessions, team training, script practice, and team meetings.
• Provide clear, timely communication and a positive client experience throughout each transaction.
