Qualifications
3+ years of Florida plaintiff personal injury litigation experience required.
Proven experience preparing and attending trials.
Must pass a pre-employment screening.
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Prepare cases for trial and provide in-trial support to attorneys.
Draft, review, and organize Requests for Admissions, Interrogatories, and Requests for Production.
Manage discovery responses with accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, complaints, and proposed orders under attorney supervision.
