ARCXIS in Florida seeks a licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper to lead residential surveying for homebuilders. This production-focused role provides professional oversight and may be appointed as the qualifying principal officer for ARCXIS Florida surveying operations.

The successful candidate will supervise field and office survey work, review deliverables for legal and technical standards, and ensure timely, high-quality survey products across production teams.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper license required.
• Minimum 5+ years of surveying experience, including boundary/construction surveys.
• Ability to supervise field and office production and ensure quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Florida PLS/PSM license and supervise survey production.
• Serve as qualifying principal officer for ARCXIS Florida surveying operations when appointed.
• Review field notes, calculations, and deliverables for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on field and office production support as workload requires.
• Maintain control of professional seal and ensure all work complies with Florida statutes.
