Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking Florida-licensed Psychologists (PhD/PsyD) to conduct psychological, forensic, and court-related evaluations for youth referred through the Florida DJJ. This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and statewide opportunities with competitive per-evaluation compensation.

Evaluations may be conducted in Chrysalis Health offices, private practices, or DJJ facilities, with administrative support and no ongoing therapy or caseload management.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD).
• Experience conducting psychological evaluations, forensic assessments, diagnostic testing, court-related evaluations, or juvenile assessments preferred.
• Ability to conduct in-person evaluations.
• Strong assessment, report writing, and documentation skills.
• Ability to complete evaluations and reports within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological, forensic, and diagnostic evaluations for youth involved with DJJ.
• Review clinical records, collateral information, legal documentation, and prior assessments.
• Develop diagnostic impressions and clinical recommendations.
• Complete professional, court-ready evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with referral sources as needed to support evaluation outcomes.
