You will conduct detailed field inspections to verify compliance with the Florida Building Code and approved plans, ensuring safety and quality on residential homes.

The role requires reading blueprints, documenting results, and communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Florida license required to perform inspections.
• Valid Florida Driver License.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient with tablets/phones for field reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections for compliance with Florida Building Code and approved plans.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and test results.
