Job summary

Relient Health seeks licensed Physical Therapists for full-time, in-person roles across Florida. Opportunities include SNFs, ALFs, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health depending on location.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida PT license (or eligibility) and are available to work full-time in Florida markets. Relient Health provides permanent placement and relocation support where offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Florida PT license, or eligibility/pending licensure
• Ability to work full-time in an available Florida market
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide quality, compassionate care across rehabilitation settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing/medical teams
• Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
• Promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life
