Job summary

Tailored Inspections LLC – Southwest Florida Tailored Inspections is expanding and seeking two Florida Home Inspectors to join our team. We provide a company vehicle, all professional tools, and training from a Certified Master Inspector.

This W-2 role offers competitive pay and a flexible schedule. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and actively pursuing a Florida Home Inspector license (to be obtained within 90 days).

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Florida Home Inspector license with a 90-day deadline.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Be professional, reliable and highly detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough home inspections across Charlotte, Lee & Sarasota Counties.
• Document findings clearly and comprehensively for clients and records.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety during inspections.
