The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be licensed to practice in Florida, demonstrating strong analytical skills and effective communication. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior litigation experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Perform legal research and analyze case law.
• Prepare pleadings and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients.
