What You Should Know

• This is a part‑time, project‑based opportunity for a 1099 independent contractor.
• Independent contractors are not eligible for employee benefits or company‑sponsored insurance.
• Travel to assigned school sites is required. Independent contractors are responsible for their travel expenses and must provide proof of automobile liability insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 for bodily injury per person and $50,000 for property damage, or a combined single limit of at least $300,000.
• Successful completion of Bailey Education Group's standard background check is required as part of the onboarding process.
• Each Florida school district requires an additional district‑level background screening. Requirements vary according to each district's school board policies. Independent contractors must complete and comply with all applicable district requirements before they can be placed in that district.
