Job description

A well-established inpatient rehabilitation program in Central Florida is seeking a physiatrist to join its team. This position offers an excellent balance of professional support, manageable patient volume, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration within a modern facility.

Physicians in this role provide comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation care to patients alongside a skilled team of APPs, therapists, and hospitalists. The environment is organized and collegial, with APPs assisting in rounding, documentation, and admissions, allowing you to focus on what matters most- patient outcomes and continuity of care.

The unit is designed for patient comfort, with a large therapy gym, State-of-the-art Vector Gait & Safety track system, and outdoor therapy areas that encourage mobility and independence. The hospital follows a collaborative “neighborhood” model that strengthens teamwork across disciplines and ensures efficient coordination of care.
