Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; additional certifications preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 are required; Life and Health Insurance licenses required.
• Strong client prospecting and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of investment and insurance products and planning.

Responsibilities

• Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop financial plans.
• Grow and retain client books, manage sales and service, and make referrals.
• Expand client relationships through networking and referrals.
• Coach internal partners to identify investment opportunities and drive referrals.
• Meet SLAs for lead/referral follow-up and comply with regulations.
