Rosauers Supermarkets in Spokane, WA is seeking a floral department team member to assist customers, stock and display fresh flowers, and create beautiful bouquets. You will work closely with the team to ensure high-quality arrangements and exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience with flowers and plant care is preferred; candidates should be 18+ and ready to commit to a busy retail schedule with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Clear, concise and positive interactions with others.
• Knowledgeable about flower handling techniques.
• Familiar with plants' nutritional needs and life spans.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers to understand their needs in the floral department.
• Engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Inspect sales floor to ensure the floral department is well-stocked.
• Order flowers, plants and greenery for use.
• Receive shipments and display flowers.
• Create bouquets and floral arrangements.
• Advise customers on proper care of arrangements.
• Maintain inventory and restock as needed.
• Water and store flowers to prevent wilting.
• Foster a productive working environment and lead staff.
