Qualifications

• Experience in floral arrangement with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers and translate ideas into bouquets.
• Maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand/walk through shift.
• Familiar with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic POS systems.
• Willing to collaborate with team to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Design stunning arrangements using seasonal blooms and maintain quality standards.
• Keep displays organized, clean, and replenished with fresh inventory.
• Assist customers by translating ideas into beautiful floral designs.
• Support merchandising and inventory control to ensure product availability.
• Move and lift supplies up to 40 lbs. and operate safe handling procedures.
